Terms of Service

Payment

• All invoices are sent and paid through PayPal.
• Pieces under the Full Render tier are paid in full before work begins.
• Full Render and Reference Sheet commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront, with the remainder due at sketch approval.
• Work will not begin, and files will not be delivered, until payment is received in full.
• Prices on the pricing page are starting points — final quotes account for character complexity and any add-ons.

Revisions

Each tier includes a set number of minor revision rounds, noted on the pricing page (things like small color or expression tweaks). Changes requested after the sketch stage that affect pose, composition, or character design count as major revisions and may incur an additional fee. Once a piece is marked final and delivered, further changes are billed as a new edit request.

Usage rights

• You may use the finished piece for personal, non-commercial purposes — icons, banners, prints for yourself, and similar.
• Commercial use (merchandise, published projects, monetized content, etc.) requires separate written permission and a commercial licensing rate.
• I retain the right to post the finished piece in my portfolio and on my social accounts unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
• I do not permit commissioned work to be used to train AI/ML models, including image generators, without my explicit written consent.
• Reselling, re-uploading as your own, or removing my signature/watermark is not permitted.

Turnaround & queue

Turnaround estimates on the pricing page start once a slot begins, not when you submit a request — I work through a queue and will let you know if something is going to run past the estimate. Feel free to check in on progress any time; I'd rather you ask than wonder.

Content & restrictions

• I draw original and licensed anthro/furry characters. I do not draw depictions of real people.
• I won't take commissions involving hate symbols, gore, or content promoting harm.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission that isn't a good fit, with a full refund of any deposit paid.
• If your request involves mature content, let me know upfront so I can confirm whether it's something I take on.

Cancellations & refunds

• You may cancel before sketch approval for a full refund minus any deposit already paid.
• Once final linework or rendering has started, the commission is non-refundable.
• If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, you'll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
